Our Easter Menu

Normally I don't have trouble setting up menus but for some reason i just couldn't settle on side dishes until the day before Easter. Here is what we had for our Easter feast:

Cream Cheese Vegetable Dip
Pimiento Cheese
Everything Crackers

Grilled Lamb
Hill Country Broccoli Salad
Spinach Balls
Roasted Asparagus with Butter and Balsamic Vinegar
Deviled Eggs
French Bread
Red Wine
(we won't go into how many bottles)

Easter Candy
